So much of our career, and life, depends on luck! However, we can improve the chance of success, be happier and more confident, if we take the time to analyze our current situation profoundly and express our values and goals.

Having completed the initial phase of our work together we can have less frequent "maintenance" discussions for reflection, or if a new issue comes up.

We need people who can do the job and get along. Human beings are by nature social and political beings and this is how they work together and resolve issues. Office politics are not something we should try to "eliminate". We have to understand The Team and help it to work well.
